The ISCVE Sound Engineer Card normally costs £99 + VAT. This covers the processing of your application and the issue of your card once it has been approved.
The ISCVE Sound Engineer Card is usually valid for three years. To keep your certification current, you will need to renew it before the expiry date in line with current ECS and ISCVE rules.
The card supports work on a wide range of systems including public address and voice alarm, background music, conference and discussion systems, entertainment and live sound, assistive listening systems and other specialist audio installations.
You will normally need at least three years’ professional experience in sound engineering or related technical roles, along with a pass in the ECS Health, Safety & Environmental Assessment to qualify for the ISCVE Sound Engineer Card.
