Once we receive your completed application and all required documents, it typically takes 15–20 working days to process and dispatch your card. If information is missing or unclear, this may delay the process.
The ECS Health, Safety & Environmental Assessment checks your understanding of site safety, environmental responsibilities and working rules on UK construction, commercial and event sites. It is normally required before an ECS Creative Production Operative Card can be issued.
This card can be used for a wide range of creative roles including events production, exhibition and stage setup, AV and media operations, film and television support, live performance support and other on-site creative production activities.
You can normally renew your ECS Creative Production Operative Card up to six months before it expires. The renewal process is similar to a new application and may require updated evidence of experience and a valid ECS Health, Safety & Environmental Assessment, depending on current ECS rules at the time of renewal.
